This Division consist of two branches:
1- Real Estate Development: witch cover the Study and Planning and supervision on the implementation of the new residential Real Estate Scheme with all of the urban services( public and commercials ).
2- Civil & Construction Contracting : This branch cover both of
- Infrastructures cont6racting ( Road – Docks – Street lighting –Drinking water & Sewage networks- Medium Voltage and Substation Networks ).
- Construction Contracting ( Residential – Public – Commercial – Industrial )Constructions & Electromechanical contracts.
